We're based in Cheltenham and cover most of Gloucestershire, parts of Worcestershire, and surrounding areas. If you're not sure whether we cover your location, just ask.
For larger garden redesign projects, we're willing to travel further. Distance matters less when the project is substantial.
Yes. While ongoing maintenance makes up most of our work, we're happy to take on single projects like hedge trimming, seasonal cleanups, or consultations.
For regular maintenance, we usually have a waiting list of 3-4 weeks. One-off projects can often be scheduled more quickly. Consultations we can usually fit in within a week.
We work in most conditions, but safety comes first. Heavy rain, ice, or strong winds might delay outdoor work. We'll always let you know if we need to reschedule.
Most of our maintenance clients give us access when they're away. We'll discuss what works best during our first meeting. We always leave notes about what we did and any observations.
